Day 59: I just wanted to say I am so grateful for this app and community. I am so grateful for the results of not watching porn and also focusing on rewiring my brain and being honest with myself and my wife. It feels amazing when things are getting better after so long. There’s still a lot of improvement needed in my marriage but I can do this. I want to thank my wife for all of her support and all of y’all and this community. Thank you.

I’m up to 163 days and temptations are rare! I’ll be retiring soon! I’m glad I’m prepared and have other interests keeping my mind clean. A huge part of my victory is this app and I’m looking forward to a clean and service oriented retirement.

Hitting day 200 tomorrow!! I’ve realized though that while porn free I still struggle with objectification and the desire to look. I’ve found the best method is to simply remove temptation. You know what I found was distracting me? The news app. Scrolling through articles about celebs or ‘fashion’ was becoming obsessive, so I got rid of it. If I really need news I can flip on CNN or read my newspaper.

58 days in, no porn. My life was a mess in November. On the verge of losing my 33 year marriage. My 3 adult kids despising me for how their mother was feeling. I had a few double digit days and a relapse and 58 days ago I made the conscious decision to stop porn. I don’t need it in my life anymore. The monkey still hangs around but now I know what he looks like and I can walk away from him. Empowering.
